This week’s guest is Rich Quick.
Rich hails from South Jersey and is very familiar with Marsten House. He has participated in several cyphers and is popular among Philly hip hop heads.
Rich joins me to talk about his introduction to hip hop, his creative process, some of his lyrics, and which artists he’d like to work with.
Here’s a look at Rich’s answers to the lightning round:
Tim Lawson: If I could get on the phone tomorrow and get any artist and get them on a Rich Quick track who would you want me to call up?
Rich Quick: Busta Rhymes
Tim: Same question but with a producer?
Rich: Amp from Atmosphere, Ayatollah
Tim: An album from your childhood or anything up until you were 18 that you still like to listen to?
Rich: The Chronic
Tim: If you could perform anywhere in the world where would it be?
Rich: Anywhere in Scandinavia
Tim: You tweeted about wanting to learn yoga, can we anticipate some Rich Quick yoga in the future?
Rich: I may have been drinking at the time, but to answer your question as far as yoga goes probably never going to do it ever.
